ielts-prep.ai is an independent online platform offering self-guided resources to help users prepare for the IELTS exam. Our services include:

We do not provide live instruction, tutors, or classroom teaching.
2. User Accounts
To access and use key features of the Platform, you are required to create an account and provide your name and email address. This information is used for account management and customer communication only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Membership and Payments
Access to most content on the Platform requires the purchase of a Pro Membership, which is offered in various subscription durations.
- Each task contains limited free previews before purchase.
- Membership grants access to all study resources during the active subscription period.
3.1 Refund Policy
We offer a 3-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 3 calendar days of purchase only if:
- You have completed fewer than 10 practice exercises, and
- You have attempted no more than 2 mock exams
Refund requests that fall outside of these conditions will not be approved.

We reserve the right to change pricing, subscription features, or refund terms at any time, with appropriate notice when required.
4. User Submissions, Privacy, and Email Communication
The Platform does not facilitate public user submissions. Any data you enter (e.g., test responses or scores) is accessible only to you and the system for functional purposes.
We do not display, sell, or share user submissions with other users or third parties without your explicit consent.

- Any abuse or suspicious activity, including automated misuse or damage to the Platform’s functionality, may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund

ielts-prep.ai is an independent practice tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the British Council, IDP Education, or Cambridge Assessment English.
Use of the Platform is for practice purposes only. Your performance on our platform does not guarantee any specific results on the official IELTS test.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform and all content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We make no representations or guarantees regarding:
- Accuracy or completeness of our materials
- Performance outcomes on official IELTS exams
- Suitability of the content for your specific goals
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ielts-prep.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform.
